    The Australian and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ANZCCJ) in collaboration with WeWork will be hosting a networking session with business leaders who share close links to Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

    We aim to provide young professionals, and students in Tokyo the opportunity to gain insights into various industries in Japan, learn more about how to pursue a successful career in Japan and expand their network.

    この度、ANZCCJ (在日オーストラリア・ニュージーランド商工会議所)は学生や若手社会人を対象に第3回目のYEPイベントとして、ネットワークおよびパネルディスカッションイベントをWeWork Shimbashi様と 共同開催いたします。前回の法律業界・金融業界に続き、様々なスペシャリストをお迎えします。

    本イベントでは、日本においてグローバルに活躍する方々に、それぞれの業界についての実務的な経験と見識から、どのようにして現在のキャリアに至ったかなどを、ざっくばらんに話して頂きます。イベント後半には参加型の質疑応答やスピーカーの方々および参加者同士の交流の時間もございますので、積極的なご参加をお待ちしております。

    In support of CCI France Japon, ANZCCJ members are invited to join the French chamber who are hosting a seminar with Andre Zimmermann, Representative Director of Lindt & Sprüngli Japan entitled "Life is like a box of chocolates … and so is business". Mr. Zimmermann will share about his experience within Lindt & Sprüngli Japan.

    Lindt & Sprüngli is a recognized leader in the market for premium quality chocolate, offering a large selection of products in more that 120 countries world wide. Since the mid-seventies, Lindt has been represented by a distributor. In parallel, Lindt & Sprüngli Japan was founded in 2010 to enter the retail business here. the first Lindt cafe was set up in Ginza and with the inclusion of outlet park shops the number has increased to 36 premises nation wide.

    The ANZCCJ Gourmet Food & Wine Garden Party is back again for 2018. A long-held tradition of the Chamber as a celebration of Australia and New Zealand's world-class food, wine, coffee and beer culture.

    Enjoy delicious dishes prepared from ingredients sourced from Australia and New Zealand in the beautiful Australian Embassy garden in the company of fellow ANZCCJ members, our co-hosts the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI), and friends. 

    One of our most popular events of the year, the Gourmet Food & Wine Garden Party showcases ANZCCJ members in the food, agriculture and hospitality sectors. This year Salt Tokyo, one of Luke Mangan's hugely popular restaurants and a member of ANZCCJ, will be preparing a multicourse meal for guests to sample the very best of Australian and New Zealand cuisine. 

    And for those coffee lovers out there who crave a caffeine hit in the evening, Mojo Coffee will be making a guest appearance, dazzling us with their cool funky coffee and more. 

    A variety of wines, beer and tea will also be on display for guests to try.

    The Australian and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce together with our foreign chamber partners invite you to come celebrate "2019 Rugby World Cup One Year To Go". RWC will be held from 20 September to 2 November 2019 and will include 20 international teams, 48 matches and 12 host cities. RWC19 represents a number of firsts. The first time the RWC has come to Japan, the first for Asia, and the first since the Rugby Seven's was recognized as an official Olympic sport in 2009. The event is expected to draw worldwide attention with over 400,000 visitors coming to Japan and viewers across 210 nations. This "2019 Rugby World Cup One Year To Go" event will be a key opportunity for businesses, both Japanese and foreign, to celebrate everything that can be achieved together through rugby. 

    ANZCCJ will be hosting this with: American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, British Chamber of Commerce in Japan, Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Japan, CCI France Japon, Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan, Ireland Japan Chamber of Commerce, South African Chamber of Commerce in Japan

    Bledisloe Cup Gala Dinner 25 October

    Ahead of the Bledisloe Cup Rugby Final between the All Blacks and Wallabies on 27 October, the Australian New Zealand Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a charity gala dinner to celebrate the special occasion and what it represents for Australian, New Zealand and Japanese businesses working together here in Japan. Special guests, CEO of Rugby Australia Raelene Castle and CEO of New Zealand Rugby Union Steve Tew will come together to share their views on how RWC19, the first Rugby World Cup to come to Asia, will shape the future of rugby as a global sport and create lasting impact in Japan and Asia. Proceeds from the event will go towards the ANZCCJ Kamaishi Community Sports Project, an important community for the Chamber and one which the Australia and New Zealand business community in Japan has strong links. This event has been made possible by the generous contribution by our event sponsors: AIG, AMP Capital, ANZ, Crown Resorts, Lendlease and STH Japan.


    Guests will enjoy a menu infused with the finest Australian and New Zealand ingredients, designed by Ritz Carlton`s head chef himself served with a premium selection of Australian and New Zealand wines from Treasury Wine Estates, Ichiban Shibori courtesy of Kirin, and entertained by top local musical performers in Tokyo.
